Partner / CEO of Steinberg Dickey Collaborative, LLP, in Houston, Texas. As a Multifamily Architect, Sanford is a sought out speaker at many industry conferences. He has received his Certified Green Professional Designation from the NAHB.

Sanford received his Bachelors of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado and completed his Masters of Architecture at the University of California in Los Angeles where he received the Dean's Award. He has served on the board of trustees for the NAHB Multifamily Council, 2nd the NAHB Design Committee and Board of Directors NAHB Research Center. He was the National Chairman for the AIA Custom Residential Knowledge Committee and sat on the committee for 5 years. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Dynamo Charities and Home Innovations Research Lab.
